Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours.
Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement
or full refund immediately to ensure your style journey remains uninterrupted.

- Pack and send the item securely in its original box.
Inspection & Refund Timeline
Returns are inspected within 1–3 business days after arrival at our studio. Once approved,
refunds are issued immediately to your original payment method. Please allow
up to 8 business days for your financial institution to process the transaction.
