Cancel & Change Order

At Lizboyle, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. We understand that mistakes can happen or minds can change. This policy outlines how we handle requests to modify or cancel an order to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. Cancellation Window

To maintain our fast shipping standards, orders enter our processing system shortly after they are placed.

  • Before Shipping: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund.
  • After Shipping: Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number is generated, we cannot cancel it. In this case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy once you receive the package.

2. Changing Your Order

If you need to change your shipping address or swap a size/color, please contact us immediately.

  • Address Correction: We can update your shipping address only if the order has not been shipped. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
  • Product Changes: If your order hasn't been packed, we can assist in changing items of equal value.

3. Refund Process for Cancellations

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that banks may take additional time to reflect the balance in your account.
