Cancel / Change Order

At Lizboyle, we process orders efficiently to ensure your curated accessories reach you as quickly as possible. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate modifications to your order whenever the logistics permit.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We offer a 12-hour grace period from the time of purchase for full cancellations. Once this window has passed, or if the order has already entered the fulfillment phase, we may be unable to halt the shipment.

• Cancellations within 12 hours: Full refund to original payment method.
• Cancellations after 12 hours: Please follow our Return Policy upon receipt of the item.

Modifying Your Order

Need to change a shipping address, swap an item, or update contact details? We will do our best to assist you before the package leaves our studio.

• Address Changes: Contact us immediately. We cannot reroute packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
• Item Swaps: If the order hasn't been packed, we can adjust your selection. Any price differences will be handled via a partial refund or an additional payment link.

Post-Shipment Requests

Once an order has been assigned a tracking number and dispatched, no further changes can be made. In such cases, if you no longer require the items, you may initiate a return process once the package is delivered, in accordance with our 30-day return window.
