💳 1. Ordering & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal for all purchases made on our website. All transactions are securely processed through PayPal’s encrypted checkout system to protect your information.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Possibly, but requests are time-sensitive. Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us immediately at support@lizboyle.com and include your full name, order number, and the change or cancellation request. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Q: Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the address. Once processing or shipping begins, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Q: Will I be charged immediately when I place an order?
Yes. Payment is captured at checkout at the time your order is placed.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Q: What are your flat shipping rates?
United States: $4.99 flat rate for all states and territories
Canada: $7.99 flat rate. Duties or customs fees may apply upon delivery
United Kingdom: $12.00 flat rate. VAT or customs charges may apply upon arrival

Q: How long does order processing take?
Standard processing time is 2–5 business days, Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. holidays. Our daily order cut-off time is 7:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time begin processing on the next business day.

Q: What are the estimated delivery times?
United States: 5–12 business days. Rural areas may take longer
Canada: 7–15 business days. Customs delays may occur
United Kingdom: 7–18 business days. VAT or customs processing may affect timing

Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email containing your tracking number, tracking link, and carrier information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.

Q: My tracking shows “Delivered” but I can’t find my package. What should I do?
Please check your mailbox, porch, garage, and side or back doors. Ask neighbors or building staff, and allow 24–48 hours for possible late delivery scans. You may also contact your local carrier office. If the package is still missing, email us at support@lizboyle.com. Please note that Lizboyle is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered.

Q: Which items are eligible for return?
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of odors or stains, unaltered, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Personalized items and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Q: Who covers return shipping costs?
If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we cover return shipping. If the return is due to customer preference, such as size or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Q: How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 3–7 business days. Your bank may require additional time to release the funds.
