This Order Cancellation & Change Policy explains how customers may request order cancellations or modifications, including changes to shipping address, product details such as size or color, or item quantity.

To ensure fast delivery, orders are processed quickly after purchase. Because of this, all cancellation and modification requests are time-sensitive and cannot be guaranteed once an order enters processing or shipping.


⏱️ 2. Time-Sensitive Processing

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Once an order has been sent to our fulfillment team or handed over to the shipping carrier, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify it.

We are unable to guarantee cancellations or changes after an order is submitted. All requests are reviewed and handled on a best-effort basis only.

Use the subject line β€œOrder Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]” and include your full name, order number, and the reason for cancellation.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will attempt to cancel it and confirm the outcome by email. If the order has already entered final processing or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may need to receive the order and follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.


✏️ 4. Requesting Order Changes

To request a change to your order, such as updating the shipping address, changing size or color, or adjusting item quantity, please email support@lizboyle.com immediately.

Use the subject line β€œOrder Change Request – [Your Order Number]” and clearly describe the requested change along with your full name and order number.

We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet entered processing. Please note that certain changes may not be possible, including address changes after processing, product variant changes once items are packed or shipped, or adding or removing items after payment has been captured. If a change cannot be made, you may request a return after delivery if eligible.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, the shipping address cannot be changed, and item modifications are no longer possible.

In these situations, customers may refuse the package upon delivery where permitted by the carrier, or accept the order and initiate a return request in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Please be aware that original shipping fees are generally non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

For items marked as pre-order or backorder, cancellation requests may be submitted until the order enters processing for shipment. Once processing begins, the same rules apply as for standard orders.

Estimated processing timelines for pre-order or backorder items will be clearly stated on the product page when applicable.

We reserve the right to decline cancellation or modification requests if the order has already been processed or shipped, if the requested change is not feasible due to stock or location limitations, if there is a pattern of frequent cancellations or chargebacks, or if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our policies. All decisions are made fairly and in good faith.

If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (PayPal). Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on PayPal or your bank. Refunds cannot be issued as cash or to alternative payment methods.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and reviewing order information before completing checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, wrong item selections, or delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.
